Installation of Auxiliary Facilities

Users must use water and oil-free air compressors, and install filters (as we do). All the Air components must be connected with each other with galvanized pipes, rubber hoses, or pipes of higher classes with proper diameters. It is recommended to install the air compressor at an insulated room near to the color sorter (no more than 15 meters), thus reducing noise while offering adequate pressure

The filter installed in the color sorter should a typical operating temperature of 0 ℃-40 ℃; as in winter (especially in the north region) when room temperature tends to drop below 0 ℃, the filter should be air-dried after the sorting operation, and heat insulation measures should be taken to keep it above 0 ℃. Otherwise, it may lead to freezing of pipes and filter elements, consequently inhibiting the air flow and causing damage to the filter elements.

Air compressors should be placed in well-ventilated, clean places with even ground and low air humidity. Environmental temperature should be controlled below 40 ℃, and keep the equipment 80 cm away from the wall to facilitate maintenance and inspection; pay attention to let the drain outlet face outside, and avoid exposing it to direct sunlight and rain.
The first-stage coarse filter should be installed at the outlet of air compressors or air tanks, so as to utilize the functions of the filter as much as possible. 
In cases of any significant air pressure drop indicated by the pressure gauge (for example, dropping to less than 0.1 MPa when the color sorter working pressure is between 0.15-0.1 8 MPa), the filter elements on first-stage filters should be replaced immediately. Any elimination or reduction of filter elements may adversely affect or damage the filter parts and jet valves in the second-stage filters.
Rubber hoses can be connected to the outlet pipes of the air compressors to avoid vibrations.

Before conduction connection for all the pipes, scraps and dusts must be removed from the pipes, so as to avoid damage to jet valves.

Color Sorting Processes

After moved by a lifter into color sorters from the top, grains will go through a two-stage sorting process. At the first stage, good-quality grains will be sorted out from inferior grains; then at the second stage, the inferior grains will be subject to a secondary sorting action after being moved into a secondary-sorting channel, whereby good-quality grains will be further sorted out and moved by a lifter back to the inlet of color sorters for re-sorting, and inferior grains will be taken as waste and discarded.

Thank you for using our products. This machine has a fault self-test function, and the fault alarm indicates that the fault may be severely exceeded when the color picker is under load. If the machine fails, please use the method described in the following table to eliminate it. If you can't eliminate it, please inform the after-sales service department of the company immediately, and the general fault users can eliminate it by themselves.

When the ejector is in normal operation, there is a certain requirement for the flowing air. If the air contains moisture or too many other magazines, the ejector will leak. Color sorting when the ejector is leaking will result in a decrease in the color sorting effect and affect the stability of the air path. Once there is a leak in the ejector, it indicates that the ejector has been damaged by the customer. It is necessary to contact the after-sales service department of the company to send a professional to replace the damaged ejector.

There are several reasons for the valve no action. The customer can remove the fault step by step according to the following steps. First, check the connection of the ejector circuit. If there is any connector disconnection, please disconnect the whole power supply of the machine, re-connect it and then turn on to check for the possibility of malfunction due to poor contact between the ejector connector and the ejector base.

In the case of normal connection, it is necessary to detect the failure of the ejector drive circuit (including the fuse on the circuit board), and strictly observe the safety of the operation when you check it yourself. You can also contact the after-sales service department of the company to send a professional check and repair.

Bouncing will cause the color sorting effect to decrease. Generally, the new commissioning machine material bouncing, please check the chute for paint or scratch first. Then check whether the heating device is turned on. If it is not turned on, first turn on the heating device preheating chute for 20-30 minutes. We can also check for dust agglomeration on the chute. If there is any, please refer to the instructions in the front dust cleaning to clean the chute.

Sensitivity, background plate, and flow rate change significantly

There are many reasons for this, and we need to check them one by one.

First of all, we need to check whether the cleaning device is normal, and then check whether the raw material has a large change. If there is a large impurity change, the color selection parameter needs to be re-adjusted.

First of all, we can check the color sorting plan and the relevant parameters of the whole machine with reference to the color sorter front panel led indicators and the abnormal operation of the ejectors.

After excluding the above reasons, there may be some problems with the control circuit board. If it is difficult to discharge by yourself, please feel free to contact the after-sales service department of the company to send a professional.

Rodless cylinder sliding blocked

There is resistance in operation

First check if there is too much ash on the rodless cylinder. If it is, use a rag to clean it with alcohol. Then check the surface for damage, and close the air, push the brush with your hand. If you still can't move it, you need to contact the after-sales engineer for maintenance.
